Refund and Cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hrs of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any refunds approved by DNA Blends, it will take 14 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Return and Refund Policy
At DNABlends, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. We implement strict quality control measures to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Our policy is firm: We only accept returns and process refunds or replacements for products that are delivered to you in a damaged or defective state.
1. Conditions for Acceptance
We will accept a return request only if the product received is:
Damaged: Physically broken or leaking upon arrival.
Defective: The product is unusable or has manufacturing fault.
Please note: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any other reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect purchase, dissatisfaction with the product's performance (if not defective), or incorrect address provided by the customer.
2. Timeframe for Reporting
You must contact us to report a damaged or defective product within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Reports made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To report a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us immediately
Provide Proof: Your email must include:
Your Order Number.
A detailed description of the damage or defect.
Clear photographic evidence (required) and/or a short video clip (recommended) showing the product's damage and the condition of the packaging.
Wait for Approval: Our team will review the evidence provided. If the claim is verified, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item. Do not send the product back until you have received these instructions and the RA number.
4. Refunds and Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
Approved Claim: If approved, we will offer you a choice of either:
Replacement: A replacement unit of the same item will be shipped and delivered within 5-7days.
Full Refund: A full refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10-14 day
Shipping Policy
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 2 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment the product will be delivered within 7-10days , subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
